Junior is an Electrical Engineer with several years of experience working on design and implementation of electrical systems for developments in various industries. My core experience includes decarbonisation studies, detailed engineering and energy assessments, tender documentation, budgeting and resource allocation and cost analysis. I have also focussed a lot recently on decarbonisation and sustainability driven projects. I’ve gained extensive knowledge and experience of the Building Regulations and various industry technical standards. In addition to my technical skills I have been able to develop good teamworking relationships with clients as well as colleagues and contractors within a range of different fields.

- Comparing how owners balance trusted external consultants with internal teams to understand where in house capability adds the most value versus where outside expertise is relied upon
- Clarifying the benefits and trade offs of different engagement models by examining how others decide what stays inside their “trusted bubble” and what is outsourced
- Optimizing collaboration with contractors and consultants by learning how peer organizations structure responsibilities to reduce friction and improve delivery confidence
