Ehab Amin
Senior Data Center Development Manager - East Region Oracle
Ehab leads hyperscale data center delivery organizations that accelerate speed-to-power for cloud, AI, and mission-critical infrastructure at scale.
Currently deploying 8 MW/month across Oracle Cloud Infrastructure’s Americas East region – directing a $700M delivery portfolio, 160+ personnel, and 80 MW of capacity across hyperscale campuses; previously led a 30–40% data center footprint reduction and avoided an estimated $2M–$5M+ in infrastructure spend at Becton Dickinson.
At Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Ehab accelerated customer capacity availability by approximately 30 days through early operational readiness coordination and secured early data center access 20 days ahead of schedule. At Becton Dickinson, he ran a five-data-center, six-site program spanning the U.S. East Coast and Europe – maintaining 99.9%+ uptime while reducing the infrastructure footprint by 30–40%. Earlier at Vanguard, Ehab built and led an enterprise PMO across a $25M–$50M portfolio at 90–95% on-time delivery performance.
