Andy Tolbert is Senior Vice President of Engineering at Echelon Data Centres, bringing over 30 years of experience designing, building and operating hyperscale data centres across North America and EMEA. He leads globally distributed engineering and operations teams to deliver mission-critical infrastructure at scale — safely, efficiently and with uncompromising reliability. His expertise spans the full data centre lifecycle, from site selection and design through commissioning and optimisation, including deployment of millions of square feet of white space and gigawatts of power. Andy excels at aligning infrastructure strategy with business objectives while championing excellence, operational discipline and leadership development.
